🗳️ Your Vote Matters: Help Modernize Our Community Governance
Our community is taking an important step toward modernizing how we operate—thank you to those that have already voted and if you have not yet, we need your support as well to make it happen.
Please take a moment to complete and submit your proxy ballot. Your vote is essential to help move this initiative forward.
📬 How to Get and Submit Your Ballot
Proxy ballots are easy to access:
• Pick one up at the mail center or manager’s office
• Or request one by emailing declarations@tcmoa.com
Once completed, please return your ballot to one of the following locations:
• 📍 Mailbox at the mail center (1000 Turkey Creek – right tunnel)
• 📍 Mailbox inside the clubhouse directly outside the manager’s office
📌 What is Phase 1?
Phase 1 focuses on two foundational updates to our governing structure:
• Aligning the number of Board Directors with today’s needs, reflecting the elimination of the outdated delegate system in our original documents
• Streamlining the approval process by adjusting the voting threshold to a more attainable level
These changes are designed to make our governance more practical, efficient, and reflective of how our community operates today.
🗓️ Deadline to submit: April 29
🚀 Why It Matters
Approving Phase 1 allows us to move forward with Phase 2, where more detailed and comprehensive updates to our governing documents can be considered.
Without this first step, it becomes much more difficult to implement broader improvements that benefit the entire community.
Your voice plays a key role in shaping the future of our neighborhood.
Fast, easy, and important—submit your proxy in just a minute and make your voice count.
Canvassers are also coming door to door to help with this initiative… please be kind to them as they are your neighbors trying to help our neighborhood.
