Road Re-Paving

We have recently been informed by Watson Construction they will not be on the Turkey Creek property performing work as previously scheduled. Once a new tentative schedule becomes available, we will provide an additional update. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

Roadway construction will be performed by Watson Construction Company LLC. Work will be completed in phases throughout the neighborhood, with crews moving from one section to the next.

Crews will work on one side of the road at a time, which will allow residents to continue accessing their homes.

During construction, residents may experience temporary road closures, construction vehicles in the area, increased noise, and brief delays when entering or exiting certain streets. A construction map and project calendar are attached for reference.

Please note:

• Do not park on the street during construction hours in scheduled work areas. Vehicles left on the street may be towed from the roadway if they cannot be moved. Vehicles will not be towed from within Turkey Creek premises.

• Trash bins may be placed on the opposite side of the street since crews will only work on one side at a time.

• After paving, the asphalt will need at least 4 hours to cure, and residents should not drive on freshly paved areas during that time.

Please use caution around construction workers, equipment, and traffic control barriers.
