For our community members, enhance the Turkey Creek community experience by managing the affairs of the community, by maintaining the Community areas, by optimizing security, and by administering the Association Master Declaration, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations. For non-community members, to invite each of you and your families to become residents of one of our neighborhoods.
About Us
Turkey Creek, a community of approximately 1,200 single and multi-family homes is situated in the Gainesville / Alachua region of North Florida, midway between the two cities, alongside US Route 441. The community has as its center-piece the Turkey Creek Golf and Country Club. Turkey Creek is characterized as a community of open spaces, wide vistas, estate and villas lots located along the banks of Turkey Creek, in the shadow of San Felasco Forest Preserve, on the golf course, and with several distinctive homes and condominium residences located throughout the community. Turkey Creek combines the best of a long established community with the vigor of continuing growth.
